Tuition and Fees

Preschool & Pre-K Tuition

LPS is different than a traditional childcare center in that it is part of a traditional school. Enrollment is based on a school year program that also offers childcare after normal school hours and throughout the summer. Payment options are monthly, semi-monthly, and bi-weekly. Students who opt to participate in summer camp for the full summer get access to early enrollment. Any remaining spots for summer camp are offered at a weekly rate. Be sure to look at our school calendar. We are off similar days during the school year as Madison County Schools. Preschool is for children who are 3 on or before August 1, 2025, and pre-k is for children who are 4 on or before August 1, 2025.

Full-time tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is an annual rate of $7,150. There are two options for our part-time program. Both part-time options are full days. The first option is on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and is $4,635 annually. The second option is Tuesday, Thursday and is $3,240 annually. Aftercare is included in preschool/pre-k tuition.

K-5 Tuition

Kindergarten-5th grade tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is an annual rate of $7150.

Fees

All programs require a $200 enrollment fee upon registration. We charge this enrollment/re-commitment fee each year. This fee confirms your child’s place in our limited class sizes. Early enrollment allows us to budget for the upcoming school year and to provide a positive learning environment for everyone.

We charge a separate $200 instructional fee per student per year for pre-k-5th grade students. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with school functions like field trips, events, art supplies, t-shirts, and Pizza Fridays throughout the school year.

Tuition Options

At LaFontaine Preparatory School, tuition is charged monthly. It is not pro-rated for holidays, professional development days, reset weeks, or weather-related events.

Full-time tuition for preschool, pre-k, and K-5 is $795 per month. Part-time programs for preschool and pre-k are $515 for Monday/Wednesday/Friday and $360 for Tuesday/Thursday. You may choose a due date of the 1st or 15th of the month.

Bi-weekly and semi-monthly payments are also available so you can select a billing frequency that aligns with your paychecks.

Sibling Discount

Siblings enrolled in Preschool - 5th grade at the same location will receive a 10% discount beginning with the second child.
