LaFontaine Preparatory School aftercare is offered from 3:30-6:00 on school days.
Aftercare is $32/day. A discount is available for LPS students who are enrolled in both our school program and our aftercare program.
For students not attending LPS: Busses transport directly from the Madison Kindergarten Academy, Daniel Boone, Glenn Marshall, and Waco Elementary. LaFontaine Preparatory School also provides a shuttle for students from Kit Carson, White Hall, and Model. The aftercare program for Madison County Public School students is a flat rate of $5376 per school year. Financial aid is available for this program. Our aftercare program’s goal is to provide a safe, fun environment for children to continue their school day. We look at our service as more than childcare. We seek to engage our after-school students with a variety of activities. Students will participate in an activity and outdoor play each day.
*Please note that when LPS concludes a school year, the after-school program will end on this date regardless of Madison County Schools’ end date. Other than this, LPS follows the Madison County Schools’ calendar closely, but please double check LPS closure dates each year on the LPS school calendar page.
